02Eligibility & Account Registration

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register for and use the 25PHDream platform. This is a hard legal requirement — no exceptions. 25PHDream actively enforces age verification and will request documentary proof of age at any point during your membership. If it is established that a member is under 18, the account will be immediately closed, all funds will be frozen pending investigation, and any winnings will be forfeited in full.

Jurisdiction

25PHDream is operated for players in the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to verify that online gambling is legal in your specific location before registering. 03Account Security & Responsibility

Your 25PHDream account credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — are your responsibility. You must keep them confidential and must not share them with anyone, including family members, friends, or anyone claiming to represent 25PHDream. Our support team will never ask for your password.

You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs on your 25PHDream account. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact our support team immediately via live chat so we can temporarily freeze your account while the situation is investigated. 25PHDream will not be liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access where the breach was caused by your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.

12Amendments to These Terms
